Lesson 12 – Q&A

Q & A
We learned about preparing for the question and answer (Q&A) session.

Save the last 30-60 seconds to make your final point. You might say something like:

"If you only remember one thing from my presentation, please remember that …"

After that, pause, and then say "Thank you."

Handouts
You should not give a PDF of your slides as the handout.

  • Design handouts separately in a word processor program.
  • Handouts should complement your slides (they should not copy them in design or information).
  • Handouts can have details and be text-centered.
  • Include your list of sources on the handout.
  • Handouts should follow CRAP principles.
