We learned about preparing for the question and answer (Q&A) session.
Save the last 30-60 seconds to make your final point. You might say something like:
"If you only remember one thing from my presentation, please remember that …"
After that, pause, and then say "Thank you."
Handouts
You should not give a PDF of your slides as the handout.
- Design handouts separately in a word processor program.
- Handouts should complement your slides (they should not copy them in design or information).
- Handouts can have details and be text-centered.
- Include your list of sources on the handout.
- Handouts should follow CRAP principles.
